Oh man, I am so excited to share these pictures and video with you! Robyn and I had the bright idea to redo every wall in our studio, re-arrange, order new albums, and invite some friends to join us and celebrate the new changes!
We called our great friend Kristen of Sugar Rush events, told her about the idea, and she took it from there! She managed to assemble some of the BEST artisans in the business and transform our space into a eclectic vintage masterpiece! We had sooo much fun; it was a huge success and we are so thankful to all of you who came to support us and meet our friends and family!
And here, compliments of Marmalade Sky Films, are a few minutes of video, and then some quick snaps of the party!

OK, so let's talk about the "team" . . .
First off, everything was dreamt up by Kristen. I now have a new found respect for event designers and coordinators. She was on top of EVERY DETAIL (and she is a MUST to have on your team if you're getting married).
PJ from Milk Glass Rentals filled our space with her collection of vintage finds; it truly transformed the space into another world!
Laura from Poppy's Petalworks did and amazing job with the flowers (and she is now a part of our Studio family!) She filled PJ's vintage containers with Tulips and Anemones and made our space look 10 times better!
Hartmann Studios was kind enough to provide us with tables, linens and champagne glasses, and holy moly the Champagne was flowing! FUN!
Elaine Bell Catering, one of our favorite caterers provided the "savories" and knocked it out of the park! The food was amazing; everyone was hooked on the bacon-covered cheese-pops... I mean come on Bacon on a stick!
Moonbaby Cakes provided her A-M-A-Z-I-N-G cupcakes. I am NOT kidding people, these are hands-down the BEST cupcakes out there... sorry Kara but you got nothing on our girl Pricilla.
Sweet Lauren Cakes provided us with the most stunningly beautiful cake pops we have EVER seen, almost too beautiful to eat... until you actually do, and then you are a smitten kitten, and who cares what they look like!!
CocoaBella Chocolates saved the day with their super yummy warm and rich hot chocolate. It was so cold and rainy outside, so it was the perfect remedy!
DJ7 - Sean is hands down one of the best DJs we know. He has been DJing in local clubs for years which has trained him to be very in tune to the crowd... the man knows how to spin a party!
Magnolia Photobooths brought their amazing booth of fun! (And the props they brought to go with it really added a silliness to the whole night that was infectious!
Last but certainly NOT least were the boys from Marmalade Sky Films (also a new member of the studio family). They were there while we set up (poor guys had to listen to 3 hours of girl chatter- reality TV and how many cupcakes are actually too many). See the fabulous 2-minute video above. It really shows how hard everyone worked (and laughed) and how much fun we all had!
There is no way to say Thank You enough to them all for coming together, and making our FIRST party a complete and TOTAL success!
We are already working on the next party... YAY!!
