Well, Robyn is anyway. Maria recently started using the hash-tag #veritespawn when posting cute pictures of our kiddos on instagram, and I decided, "What better way to celebrate such clever hash-tagging than by making another kiddo to tag"! So there you have it! The Robyn half of Verité is pregnant! We will officially have two Verité spawn each come December!

Btw, if this makes you have reservations about hiring us for your wedding between now and then, don't! The belly just makes my photography that much better!

Ladies and gents, these are our friends and clients Brittany Bell and Greg... ok I know, we don't need to say her last name BUT with a name like Brittany Bell how do you not say her last name? We met these two for the first time at the engagement session in the hills of the East Bay and were smitten instantly! She had a vision of picnics and boats and well, we did the picnic thing for a bit but to be honest, that is not really our style. Robyn and I are about the connections between two people, the laughs and smiles that connect them in a way that is like no other. SO here is a snippet of the picnic and then a bunch of the love! Sarah & Brooks at Caneros Inn

This was a BEAUTIFUL day. From pouring rain, to rainbows, to sunny skies, and back to downpour, and that was just the sky! Pretty much everything about the day was beautiful, especially Sarah and Brooks! Beyond just being in love, (and that they are indeed!) they truly respect and admire each other so much! They are constantly complementing one another and finding ways to help the other. Maria and I just melted when we first met with Brooks and heard the way he talked about Sarah . . . then we met Sarah and totally got it!

These two are so special, and we were quite honored we got to capture their day!

Alexis and Mike's winter wedding

Alexis and Mike were our final wedding of last year! They got married by candle light on a rainy afternoon at the Swedenborgian Church, a spot we were so excited to photograph. It's a very San Francisco church- built all off-center, and with the intent to mimic nature. And their ceremony was equally as romantic and unique! Alexis walked down the aisle to Take me Out to The Ballgame; her brother gave a simultaneously tear-inducing and belly-laugh causing speech about Dirty Dancing, and they said some lovely vows to each other! It was a beautiful day to celebrate these two and their giant smiles!

Maria and Andi at Cornerstone Gardens

If the world were to make a yearbook right now, Maria and Andi would totally win "cutest couple". Hands down. Seriously. They're adorable. It's ridiculous. These guys met in Dental School, which totally makes sense if you've seen their matching perfect teeth :) I know we mentioned their killer smiles in the engagement session post, but I think they somehow managed to make them even better for the wedding day! :) Both of them have this way of smiling that is not only gorgeous on the outside, but it makes other people just feel so welcomed in their presence! They are each so full of kindness and warmth, and they readily share that both with each other and with everyone around them!

And the great thing about being a dentist couple . . . you can tell each other exactly which teeth you have food in between! (We witnessed Andi lovingly whisper to Maria "between 11 and 12"). How useful is that! :)

And one of our favorite moments of the day was what may have been a nod to some of those Dental School loans; Maria customized her vows a bit when the priest said "for richer, for poorer", she repeated her part by saying, "for richer or probably poorer" :)
